EXPERIENCE:
1980's - Charles worked for a public consumer electronics retailer. In the mid 1980's he transferred to California to work with a small executive team to launch the companies western expansion. Personally responsible for coordinating the division growth while managing hundreds of line and management personnel, in under five years the western division annual sales exceeded those of original 40 year old company. Charles represented the corporation as media spokesman and was quoted in numerous publications and appeared on radio and TV from local Los Angels news progams to national broadcasts like "Today on NBC". The companies sales and earnings excelled and became the best peforming stock on the NYSE between 1980 & 1990!
1990's - Charles left the large public company in 1991 and started a private wireless communications company. He and his partner founded and operated an expanding business that grew across four western states. During this same decade, he worked with major U.S. firms to develop national advertising and marketing programs.
2000's - Believing in the emerging building and real estate boom and interested in real estate investing, Charles obtained a real estate sales license in 2000 and began representing real estate buyers and sellers. He specialized in working "behind the scenes" with developers and brokers to source new construction and investment properties for resale. Charles retail sense of value and pricing combined with his negotiation and marketing skills delivered significant real estate profits for his clients.
2010 / Current - Charles works along the Orange County CA coast and surrounding cities representing buyers and sellers of coastal and luxury real estate. In addition to conventional real estate transactions - Charles works with clients to help clear distressed real estate assets created by over leveraged & easy financing from the past decade through short sale to prevent foreclosure. His goal is to deliver value for his buyers and to remove problem mortgages from homeowners and lenders with the goal of saving the seller's home and credit profile from foreclosure and to allow the seller to receive a fresh start.
